Our program is built on a unique interdisciplinary approach, bringing together ten professors, each representing a specific discipline.

Participants engage with two complex global challenges that are shaping the future of societies and organizations. For each challenge, five student groups explore its implications for organizations and the future of work through five distinct disciplinary perspectives over the course of five days.

The disciplines involved vary depending on the nature of the challenges and may include natural sciences, business, technology, social systems, and the humanities. This diversity enables a rich and comprehensive understanding of the issues at stake.
